Simon has worked in the field of business immigration since 1996, focusing on professional and executive relocation for multinational corporations and emerging growth companies. His expertise includes non- and immigrant visa petitions, as well as Labor Certification process.
During his career, he has designed global relocation strategies for companies in a wide range of industries, including software, the internet, mobile, life sciences, biofuel and biotechnology, medical device, and clean technology. Mr. Gladin joined White Summers Caffee and James LLP in 2014. Before that he worked for such business immigration law giants as Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen, and Lowye and Simmons and Ungar.
Mr. Gladin earned a Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Notre Dame de Namur University.
