1. As a basic model for dual education we took the project "Pupil Programmer", the implementation of which helped get the output of high school graduates with certificates Java-programmers Oracle Corporation and with a small portfolio of Android-executed projects. The level of training of this 11th graders allows them to qualify for junior development positions in Ukrainian companies before joining the University, which was confirmed in several interviews.

2.Model dual education that are designed for implementation in the introductory campaign 2017, has 5 following features :

- a company within the competencies specified new standards of the Ministery of Education of Ukraine, determines an individual curriculum for students from the first semester, based on the needs of the project, which is a student in the company,

- universities executes orders the company to provide educational services to the student,

- in case of failure of the institution to provide educational services in some disciplines at the appropriate level company sells through a student''''''''s university department by its own staff or through the use of video courses leading educational platform,

- the student has been working for a software developer to the contract, generally for the company''''''''s personnel policy,

- all expenses for payment of the cost of educational services of higher education institutions are compensated with student''''''''s salaries.

3.Students'''''''' profit: a qualitative study of transparent greatest possible efficiency, gaining professional experience from the first semester. Universities'''''''' profit: increasing the number of contract students, improving the ranking of students, faculty enhancement. Companies'''''''' profit: attracts the most talented of the young, forming specialist knowledge in accordance with their own needs. Public profit: reducing the outflow of young talented personnel abroad, and forms the incubators for the implementation of start-ups in the domestic industry - metallurgy, chemical, mining, energy.
